ledger_push()
Import the Local Ledger into the Cloud
Reads the project's local framework.db (the SQLite ledger of record that data_save() always maintains) and appends any digests the cloud ledger does not yet have. This is the default way project history reaches Framework Cloud: an explicit, reviewable action rather than a network call on every save.

Invisibly, a list with pushed and up_to_date counts.
Details
For per-save streaming instead -- tamper-evident, since each entry lands before the file could be altered -- set FW_LEDGER=live or options: cloud_ledger: live in the project's settings.yml.
